„Uncoordinated actions make me doubt a company's services and products. The positive effect of appreciative, targeted customer communication is still underestimated."

1What are the benefits of a CRM system?
I like to think of a software for customer relationship management, i.e. customer relationship management, as a spider's web. Before, all employees lived on islands with their own Excel lists. Always with the fear that one island would disappear and the corresponding list would also disappear. Meaning, if an employee goes on vacation, is sick or even leaves the company, no one can retrieve this information.

For the potential customer of a company these circumstances are irrelevant. He wants to do business, but does not understand or accept if no one responds to his request. The customer is the company's capital and mistakes of this kind must be avoided at all costs. And that is exactly what a CRM is for.

There are authorization roles in case I'm sick or incapacitated. And an administrator can help quickly in the event of difficulties.

In short: By using a CRM, you get to know your customers better, you can maintain relationships optimally and thus strengthen customer loyalty.

Don't let any more sales opportunities go to waste. I would be happy to show you that professional customer communication is possible with little effort.
2What makes Microsoft Dynamics 365 different?
Dynamics 365 is the next generation of CRM applications. With the real-time customer data platform, you get the best possible overview of your customers. You get predictable insights that make it easier to make smart decisions and actions to nurture leads and win more business.

It's possible to work with your customer data from anywhere and on any device. Thanks to a 360-degree view, all customer activities are captured and bundled. Thus, you are actively supported in your daily work. For example, an alert is sent if a potential customer is not contacted promptly.

Dynamics 365 can be linked to many other core products, such as Outlook, Office 365 or SharePoint. Many companies prefer Microsoft CRM because the user interface is intuitive and familiar to employees. Thus, the chance is very high that the system will be accepted and gladly used. In addition, your business processes can be mapped and automated through the Dynamics functions.
3How can individual requirements be implemented with little effort and which functionalities of the platform are useful?
We go through every standard level in the system and highlight part by part what is required. That means we don't address service, sales and marketing in one fell swoop. Instead, we work out the business processes in detail, which can also be visualized in CRM, so that users find themselves in a business process flow and are guided through the respective phases.

Another of my tasks is to find out which functionalities of the platform are important for your company: Is a SharePoint connection needed? Should OneNote be integrated into the CRM? And does every employee really need an international Teams Flat? We analyze needs and costs. Because the entire Dynamics license is not always optimal, let alone realistically applicable.

That's the kind of question I'm here for. And the goal of our LMIS is to critically examine what makes sense. I consider that to be the basis for a long-term partnership.
4What enables you to support our customers with regard to Dynamics 365?
As a Senior Microsoft CRM Consultant, I am a process consultant and teach users in a practical way that about 95 percent of the existing processes are already Dynamics processes that just have different terminology. For example, a project at Microsoft is titled "Sales Opportunity" or a To Do List is titled "Tasks" or "Activities". So the process to improve can often be mapped with Microsoft Dynamics features. My challenge is to create that awareness. Through years of conducting hands-on training and workshops, I know the questions, biases and fears of participants - and, of course, the answers to them. I always refer to your individual needs, which I have analyzed in advance.

And both in a business context and for me personally, I hate bad customer management. Everyone quickly notices when marketing doesn't know what their sales colleagues are doing and vice versa. I then impute this unprofessional approach, albeit subconsciously, to all departments, services and products of the company. And it is also the case that appreciative, targeted communication has a very positive effect and brings with it a major competitive advantage.

What I find great is the joint, functioning cooperation with the customer. That's why I focused on Dynamics 365.

And I also know from experience that a CRM system that is not employee-oriented will never be accepted. I myself worked in sales for a long time and know what is needed to quickly reach the goal, for example, the function of a business card scanner for trade fairs, so that the inside sales team can get to work quickly. Furthermore, in the context of current MS certifications, I was able to learn which aspects need to be scrutinized in order to successfully integrate Dynamics according to individual requirements.

These are the advantages of the CRM system from Microsoft
  • Companies of all sizes rely on Microsoft. Dynamics 365 allows you to manage your customer information in a centralized way. You can capture and aggregate all of your customers' activities as well as interactions. This 360-degree view of the customer is immensely helpful for your sales, marketing, service, etc. staff.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud solution that combines different modules for business management: Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations. You can purchase all modules individually per user. We will help you make the right choice and show you how to optimize your processes and avoid time-consuming tasks through Microsoft Workflow Automation.
With Dynamics 365, you can map the entire sales process from planning to after sales.

Benefits for the sales team: Use the unified customer view and build strong relationships to generate more orders.
Benefits for Marketing: Find and nurture leads successfully as Dynamics shows you current market trends and empowers you to connect Customer Experiences to get more customer demand.
Benefits for Service: You can even exceed customer expectations by optimizing resources and helping your technicians work more efficiently.

Applications that place very dynamic demands on resources can always be provided with high performance and cost-efficiently by operating them in the cloud.

This doesn ́t only save time, but also money that can be invested in the further development of core competencies in order to increase business value.

1What goal do we pursue with a Microsoft partnership?
First and foremost, we benefit from news that reaches us exclusively as a partner. In addition, we can build up new knowledge through training courses and webinars and use licenses to test and evaluate Microsoft solutions. Thus, we are up-to-date, which naturally benefits our customers. Through our Microsoft partnership we can offer our customers a decisive advantage, which is also characterized by exclusive discounts. In short: We focus on a technological ecosystem in which we act as experts and thus offer our customers added value.
2What Azure services does LMIS offer?
We advise on the choice of the right cloud technology, individually depending on the application. We evaluate scenarios with regard to various aspects, i.e. the professional and technical suitability and possible cost saving potentials. We also design cloud-native applications, which we are happy to implement. The goal is often the gradual migration of applications to the cloud. Our services also include training on Azure-specific topics.
3Which problems are solved by this?
Each application has dedicated requirements for computing power, memory, network speed, etc. These are often difficult for companies to estimate in advance, especially if their own application is influenced by external factors or experiences a sudden hype. The Azure Cloud enables our customers to free themselves from the complexity of application management and automate it to a certain extent. This is because the use of PaaS or SaaS makes it possible to free oneself from administrative tasks and leave them to the cloud provider. This not only saves time, but also money that can be invested in the further development of core competencies. This reduces time-to-market, while ensuring flexibility and agility in development. Consequently, the adaptability to new situations is improved.
4Why is LMIS the right partner?
Our advantage is that we have become "big" with the development and operation of software and also know and understand the details "under the hood". Therefore, we are not ignorant consumers of services with a high degree of abstraction, but we know how to assess them in many different perspectives.

These are the advantages of a cloud solution at a glance
  • The high investment costs, the required know-how and the time needed to design an own IT infrastructure inhibit the scaling of the own product.
  • The cloud offers the possibility of an entry into an infrastructure that is scalable at any time with consumption-based prices for resources. Depending on requirements, resources can be allocated and released as needed and in real time.
  • Cloud technology promotes the willingness to innovate, as the company does not have to face high investment costs. In-house applications are improved through the integration of innovative and cost-effective AI services.

Due to the large number of already completed projects we are also familiar with the evolution of established technology stacks, frameworks and libraries and can rely on a portfolio of ready-made solutions and experience of our employees.
